In addition, Vaxxvault enables you to capture, store and transfer to third parties selected by you, certain information relating to testing and vaccinations.

We use the information we collect from you to provide and improve the Vaxxvault service, including:

To improve the user experience and quality of the Vaxxvault service;

We will only share your personal information with third parties authorised and selected by you or such parties necessary to provide our service – examples may include hosting service, customer support or data analytics providers.

Updating your personal information
You may wish to contact Vaxxvault to access your personal information, to seek to correct it, delete it or to make a complaint about privacy. In particular, in the event that You cease to be employed or engaged by a third party with whom you have shared personal information, Vaxxvault will, upon request by You or your employer, remove all such personal information. We take steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference or loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure with appropriate safeguards and security measures.
Whilst we do our best, you should be aware that transmitting information over the internet is not always secure. When you share information with us (such as over the internet, or sending us an email), it is at your own risk as factors beyond our control include the security of the device you use to communicate with us and steps you take to protect your login details and password.
